Professor Lúcia Drummond (UFF) participated in the Northeast Regional School of High Performance (ERAD/NE 2025), which was held from July 2 to 4 at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil.
On July 4, the professor gave a talk titled “Optimizing Computational Costs of High-Performance Applications in Public Clouds“. The presentation addressed the challenges and solutions for using cloud computing in HPC projects, focusing on reducing costs and execution time.
